 Norstar Technical Support Center Information

  • Hours of Operation: Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am until 5:00 pm ET.
    Emergency Technical Support response during non-business hours is also available to all Norstar Support Group Affiliates and their clients at no additional charge during warranty periods. Please check your documentation to ensure your system /equipment warranty is still valid.

 

  • Rates:
    Some charges may apply to "Out-of-warranty" clients. 
    Rates are charged on a "per-event" basis. 
  • Please check with your Equipment Vendor to find out about current Rates for Telephone and Dial-up support.
